Think i got a feaver?

Ok im asthmatic i dont normally get attacks but on friday i got a attack and took my pump then i had lost my voice after taking hot tea a couple of hours later i got my voice back but it was still a little croaky. Later in the day i got a really bad backpain during a lesson i somehow sat through it. The next day i was fine apart from the back pain but it was better then fridays. Today i went to the park in this heat and practicly bathed in my own sweat i came home took a shower amd then started sneezing and started haveing another attack and had a blocked and runny nose but i was soo hot. I took a paracetamol and i am really hot. Is this somthing serious or a minor bug? And is there anything to soothe the back muscle pull?
