Extremely violent sneeze?

So, i have a cold. Its not a particularly bad one at that, i've had plenty worse than this. But a couple of minutes ago, i sneezed - very, very violently....... and now one of my ears is kinda popped or something and i cant get it back to normal!! Will this go away or is it serious???
