Is this a good trade?

Im trading Jose Reyes and Mark Reynolds for Clayton Kershaw and Justin Upton. The person i'm trading with hasn't played Upton all year so i don't think they want him and I have Starlin Castro for short stop now and it looks like he's gonna become a star. Also they person im trading with has a week third and short so i think they should accept but i wanted other peoples opinion
