My kitten was attacked his eye is swollen with blood and he is bleeding from nose?

idk what to do my kitten was just attackd and he has a huge gash just below his right ear and his eye on that side is \swollen and super red like its about to explode and he is bleeding from the nose and keeps 'sneezing" idk ugh and my dad is just liek"theres nothing we can do just wait and see" oh god i need to bring him to the vet but ihe wont let me :((((( idk what to do. will he live? he can walk fine but he keeps trying to go to sleep but idk if i should let him should i ???? help me please.
