Pinched feeling/white specks in urine?

Over the past few years I've had a pinched feeling in the head of my penis that would from time to time, but mainly if I would push on that particular area. It would come and leave for MONTHS at a time. Recently, while laying on my stomach on the couch I sneezed and when I did a jolt of pain shot through my penis and lasted at least 20 minutes. Since then the pinched feeling has returned and not just when I push on it. It's come and gone, but it seems to be sticking around a bit this time. It's been getting better and none of my natural functions have changed in the least bit. Tonight however, upon drinking a ton of water to make sure all was good my urine was clear, but I also noticed some miniscule white specks which at times formed a kind of haze. It doesn't hurt to urinate and I even took a UTI home test which came back negative, so that isn't the issue. Should I be concerned about the white specks and this pinched feeling? I'm hoping the pinch is likely a nerve issue related to the pull from the sneeze the other day that will go away on it's own soon enough and that the specks were normal and would also pass on their own soon enough. Hoping somebody with some medical knowledge will read this and let me know their opinion when they can, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time!
