Nursing mom cat is now sneezing?

Three days ago I picked up a mom cat and her babes from our local humane society to foster (it's my first time) So far things are going well. Mom's eating ALOT and she's feeding her babies regularly. In fact mom looks so much better the she did 3 days ago when I pulled her from the shelter. But today she started sneezing and by tonight she had watery eyes. I googled a few things and some say to give it a few days some cold just go away on their own and other said to call shelter right away for meds. I guess bc it's my first time I don't want to over worry if it's nothing. I just fear if she has a URI she could pass it to the babies who are only 10 days old!! So should I just call to be safe or wait a few days??
