I'm 4 month pregnant and i am having fever and colds.. pls help? :(?

it has been a week that i am coughing real hard and sneezing out phlegm.. my diaphragm and back are already hurting. will this affect my baby in some way? i am taking medications given by my doctor. i just thought baby will feel pain every time i cough out my phlegm or not? :(
