Have you ever had chest pains?

Yesterday, I woke up with pain in my chest. My right arm was numb and it hurt to take a deep breath. The pain is located above my right breast. It hurts to cough or sneeze or take a breath. Does this sound like a muscle pull or strain? I'm not sure what is going on and would like your feedback.. Btw, I do lift 30 to 40 lbs. a day at work and have a history of back injury.
