Could this be a tumor or cyst or just normal in pregnancy. personal experiences please ?

So for the past week I have had pain in my top left rib. It started only hurting when I breathe but now it hurts constantly when I breathe cough sneeze laugh move. Last night I noticed that a knot or lump has formed on my side on my top left rib. I understand that there may be pain from things moving around during my pregnancy, I'm 13 weeks but this feels like more than that. I go to the doctor tomorrow but if anyone has advice or personal experiences please let me know thanks. And when would be the earliest preeclampsia could develop, thanks
