Can I get a disease from oral sex?

So I went to my friends house (my friend lives in Pahrump) on the 11th of this month and came back on the 14th and we basically had sex basically everyday that I was there except Monday night (we are both girls) and I ate her out (she also ate me out)but I asked her if she had anything before I ate her out and she said no that she was sure she didn't have anything but I'm starting to think she was lying.. I don't know I could be over reacting or whatever but I think I might have something but i don't know what exactly.. I have a sore throat and I think that's about it. I am sick I have a runny nose, sometimes cloged then I can't breathe very well, I'm sneezing a lot, I don't think I have a fever though.. I'm super scared and I can't really go to the doctors right now.. I don't know I'm scared and confused..
